Vrana earned his undergraduate degree in secondary education from Flagler College, where he played college baseball. He earned his Master's degree in public relations and communications from Shippensburg University. A former teacher, Vrana spent several years as the executive director of a national economic education foundation where he earned numerous national awards for curriculum development, including twice winning the George Washington Honor Medal from Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge. During his tenure, Vrana expanded the Pittsburgh-based foundation in creating over 30 satellite foundations from New York to Florida. Vrana has extensive experience in corporate training and is listed in Who's Who in American Education, Who's Who Among American Teachers and Who's Who in American Business.
Dan O'Neil is the head football scout for NSR-Allegheny Region. He grew up playing video games and sports, still loving both today he wants to help young athletes and Esports athletes find their perfect college. A football and baseball athlete at West Geauga High School, he continued his football career as a slot receiver and special teams starter for the Northeast Ohio Predators of the Premier Amateur Football League. O’Neil started coaching in 2012 at Cleveland Heights High School and then moved on to Euclid High School. From 2012-16 he worked for Wunderlich Securities, a private financial securities firm, first as an intern and then was promoted to operations specialist. While at Wunderlich he oversaw handling and processing checks and money orders, client services, new accounts, setting up wholesale meetings and assisting the financial advisors. In 2017, he became a defensive line and special teams coach at Notre Dame College where he also was involved in all aspects of recruiting. During his coaching tenure at Notre Dame, the Falcons won back-to-back Mountain East Conference championships (2018 and 2019), making the playoffs in 2018 for the first time in school history, only to lose in the national semi-final game. O’Neil earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in sports management from Notre Dame College.
